"Assembly
The assembly was easy despite a difficulty on the end compared to a screw which did not necessarily find its location. It is important to follow the instructions, which in this case are quite good .
Use / Comfort
The Ab Booster is easy to use and does not require an adjustment period as with some abdominal machines. A fairly well explained training guide help at any time during your session.
To hold the recommended half an hour, you must however hang on. We advise you to progress in stages (10-15-20-25m). The device can also be use in addition to other exercises to vary the sports pleasures.
The overall comfort is good without being breathtaking. It should not be too heavy or too tall. Indeed there is no possible settings of the frame, which limits its use to many people. This device is therefore suitable for a large population. strictly female between 1.55m -1.70m and weighing more than 70-75kg. A bit limited for a device supposed to help overweight people.
Efficiency
The Ab Booster works mainly the thighs-buttocks and the arms and the cardio system is more or less used depending on the intensity that we put in the exercise.
Although the device is called AB (abdominal apparatus), these effects on the abdominals are limited. Although it uses them during movement, it is more the whole body that reacts. So we can't say that the Ab Booster specifically targets the abdominals.
But, if you are used to reading us, you know that the fact that the whole body is used rather that just the abs is positive, and that's what allows you to burn more calories.
However, although the Ab Booster Plus will help you burn more calories than a machine for lambda abdominals, its main goal is not high intensity training. This device must therefore be used in addition to an overall fitness program and an adapted diet to maximize its results.

This is where the bottom hurts. This device, with its poor design and haphazard finishes is not worth the price it sells for.
After 5 minutes of use it squeaks all over the place. The saddle is not properly secured (fasteners below very poor quality) and gives the impression that it can break at any time. The frame is not straight due to a weld offset from the axis of the device.
We therefore do not recommend this product on this criterion, unless you are a handyman, but that's not what you would expect from a device over $ 100.
