They bring in celebrities from the fitness world to promote the product and attract mothers who don't have much time to stick to rigid schedules.
As for the effectiveness of this Six Pack Care, you will get good results (we have focused here on the 6 exercises offered) by following the intended use of this product. Good results in terms of muscle building. But make no mistake, this is not a device that will allow you to lose excess fat. It can tone and shape the targeted muscles, but that's it. The most important thing if you want to lose excess fat is to exercise regularly (cardio + muscle building) and to eat a healthy diet. And if the Six Pack does indeed strengthen the muscles of the abdominal belt and on a smaller scale of the arms and legs, for the rest, it is not of much use.
