DESCRIPTION
You may be looking for a complete fitness device to work your entire body without having to go to the gym. Hybrid fitness benches may be the solution.
Versatile and compact, these fitness benches are all the rage of late and increasingly popular with users wishing to work out at home. What makes them strong is the range of exercises offered since they allow you to train both your upper and lower body. After the Wonder Core 2, the Rock Gym and the Fitmaxx Original, it is therefore the turn of the Maxofit Six Max pro MF6 to pass on our test bench.
Description of the MAXOfit Sixmax Pro MF-6 Multitrainer
The Six Max pro MF6 multifunctional Maxofit is a versatile fitness machine that allows you to work and tone your abs, buttocks, legs and arms. Like Rock Gym, the Six Max Pro is a 6 in 1 fitness machine that is reminiscent of weight benches. Made up of a stable seat and a modular backrest, this Maxofit Six Max pro has a compact design which makes it particularly suitable for home use.
This "bench" is easily assembled and quickly and allows you to perform various exercises. Functional and versatile, the device can be “metamorphosed” in two in three movements as needed. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or if you are a more experienced user, the maxofit offers you a wide choice of exercises and combinations. According to the manufacturer, 15 minutes per day will be sufficient for physical maintenance. To do this, the Maxofit focuses on the abdominal belt and offers a system that allows support during ascent but also during descent, facilitating movement, making it a more effective and comfortable tool. The elastic bands supplied with this Six Max Pro are intended for training the upper body and more particularly the arms and allow homogeneous work. In addition to working the abdominals, the biceps, triceps, legs and glutes are called upon thanks to the integrated leg developper (for the legs) and its 3 levels of resistance.
Particular attention has been paid to ease of use. Indeed, this universal device can be adjusted to individual needs with its variable length and height-adjustable headrest. In addition to the overall comfort, the Maxofit is a stable device and can be used by people weighing up to 100kg. Regarding the size, here too the designers of the Maxofit have worked since a folding system is integrated, allowing a saving of space.
The device is sold around 150 € on some e-commerce sites.
The Maxofit Six Max pro is, like the Wonder Core 2 , a versatile, easy-to-use and space-saving device. Designed for regular home use, it is suitable for most users although it is primarily intended for beginners. The versatility of the device is undoubtedly a plus, especially when compared to the many one-dimensional devices available on the market. As with the Wonder Core 2 and the Swingmaxx, we liked the diversity of the exercises offered and the work of the body as a whole. But what makes this Six Max Pro a really interesting device compared to other fitness benches is the integrated leg developer. The lower limbs can therefore be solicited in a relatively efficient and appropriate manner.
As far as efficiency is concerned, the Six Max Pro provides interesting results if one remains within its framework of use, physical maintenance. This is because it is first and foremost a muscle building device, so don't expect results in terms of losing weight or gaining muscle mass. The Six Max Pro strengthens the core muscles and, on a smaller scale, the arms and legs, but it does not put enough stress on the cardiovascular system to allow you to burn fat and therefore eliminate extra pounds. As we often remember, if you want to lose excess fat, you must practice a physical activity such as cardio regularly and eat a healthy diet. In addition, you will need to devote more than the 15 minutes recommended by the manufacturer to obtain consistent results.
In terms of comfort, the device is rather well designed even if the seat is a bit thin and a foam protection would have been appreciated of the articulation of the file. On the positive side, the headrest is adjustable in height, but unfortunately not the backrest (be careful with large and small sizes). The foam rollers follow the biomechanics of movement well and accompany the user during the exercise. A downside concerning the maximum user weight which is only 100 kg, a little low for a device intended for people wishing to get back in shape.
Finally, even if the few weeks of testing carried out with this Six Max Pro did not reveal any particular deficiencies of the device (frame or moving parts), we advise future buyers to compare the user reviews before a possible purchase. This type of device may show some signs of weakness with repeated use.

BOTTOM LINE
The Maxofit Six Max Pro is an effective multifunction machine when used for what it is designed for, which is muscle building and maintenance. Its compactness and functional design make it suitable for home use and without being a miracle product, it allows physical maintenance by effectively soliciting different muscle groups.
However, whatever the weight loss program or the fitness equipment used, only your commitment and motivation will make the difference. So if you hesitate at the time of the choice, think beforehand about your needs and your objectives and especially the most appropriate means to achieve them. Sometimes it makes more sense to buy a pair of running shoes rather than a fitness machine that ends up in the cellar.
