As mentioned above, one can easily include a 10 inch tablet in the space provided to this one. Among other things, the free u201cFitness Data u201d application is available for Android and iOS, and the connection with the monitor goes smoothly. The app is very useful. However, we have seen a few bugs which we hope will be fixed in the next update.

After a workout, the rowing machine can easily be folded up and then moved to a suitable storage location. The Sportstech RSX 400 rowing machine is a bit more compact than its competitors. It is intended for people who are not too athletic, and who want to exercise regularly to stay in shape. However, more seasoned athletes and people wishing more challenging training will have to turn to models more suited to intensive practice.
As for the alternatives to this RSX400, the rower SportPlus SP-MR-008 offers a little more resistance and stability. But if you don't want to do without the high-tech design and monitor (including the possibility of using a smartphone app), then you can opt for the rower Sportstech RSX500. The latter costs a little more, but offers more stability, better resistance and a workout console with even more advanced features, and additional training programs that will motivate you immensely.
