The Vibraluxe pro is not a miracle product, at least when it comes to weight loss. If you really want to shed the excess, the best way is to practice. We used it for about 1 month almost every day, and we did not notice any noticeable loss of fat in the targeted areas.
Indeed, like all stimulators, it allows a muscle contraction (if you put it in the right place) without having any effect on the surface fat mass. For example, we focused on the stomach area without perceiving any changes. If your goal is to lose the excess belly, we suggest you buy a device that allows an intense session, which certainly requires more effort, but which also allows you to burn more calories and therefore fat, such as the 5 Minute Shaper .
On the other hand, when it comes to the appearance of the skin, the results are quite convincing. The device helps blood circulation and sagging skin. After a few days of use, the skin is softer, the hips, buttocks and thighs are refined and the cellulite is reduced. Obviously, the device alone is not enough: it can in no way replace a good diet and regular physical activity.
Many features are available, for example you can massage painful points, there is an accessory for foot care, or even tone the arms. The massage functions are rather pleasant and the diversity of the sessions a plus.
The use is simple but we would have liked better ergonomics of the handle.
Despite this, the product is not too heavy and it offers good grip with the part in rubber. But in the long run, the weight can be restrictive.
Replacing the massager heads is very painful, too bad the designers did not think of a simpler and more practical system.
Another negative point relates to the instructions which are not detailed enough in our opinion (we would have liked a little more advice). We know what each accessory is intended for, but not in what order to use the different massage and firming discs. It lacks precise explanations on how to use it and the areas to work. We recommend not to exceed 5 minutes per targeted area.
The food plan provided is also very summary.
Regarding the sound comfort, we did not find the device particularly noisy (the equivalent of an epilator) compared to other similar devices, but the noise may interfere with it some. You can still use it without too much embarrassment in front of the TV.
