Overall the Multisport Pro is a complete, good quality, and practical device. The instructions are a bit sketchy (see really insufficient) and it still takes some time to adapt to its operation and discover all its features. But when you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. The tools provided, 8 electrodes and 1 belt, allow the Multisport great versatility. Thanks to this complete device, the user can work different muscle groups in an efficient and targeted manner. The programs offered are on the whole suitable, and sufficiently diverse to meet the needs of users.
Efficiency & amp; fields of use
In terms of performance, this Multisport Pro, like most electrostimulation devices, is effective on sagging skin, maintenance and muscle definition. As for weight loss, it will unfortunately be of no use (see the abdominal belt & weight loss section below). This device can also be used as part of the treatment of back pain, or other muscle pain. Consult a health or sports professional beforehand for possible recommendations and contraindications.
