As we said previously, the Inocare Total Abdo identically uses the characteristics of
< span style = "color: rgb (0, 128, 0);">Total Core Deluxe . It therefore seems obvious that the results are similar. In terms of efficiency, and that's really what matters to us here, the Total Abdo indeed allows you to effectively solicit your abs, with degrees of difference depending on the targeted abs. And this is not surprising as the movements are close to classic abs.
Due to its ergonomic shape and the possibility of resistance adjustment, the abdominals are correctly targeted, and you will feel, whatever your level, a result even if the resistance remains low. And that brings us straight to the second question: can it burn belly fat?
Although home shopping shows more or less explicitly show that these abs machines can make you lose fat by exceeding and a few waistlines, the very different truth. To lose fat effectively, you must combine cardio exercise and healthy eating.
Inocare helps strengthen the abdominals, so it is of no use if your goal is to lose weight , unless your belly fat level is already low. This does not make the Inocare Total Abdo a useless device, but it does mean that its usefulness is limited. As we often repeat, you cannot burn belly fat by doing exercises that focus on the abdominal belt alone. The process of "burning fat" is systemic, which means that when you exercise, fat loss is not targeted there, but overall.
This is why it is important to do intensive exercises (running, cycling, swimming, etc.) which will allow you to burn as many calories as possible overall.
As for the resistance system, it's both good and bad. If you are not used to playing sports, this device will help you perform the movement and it can be motivating. However, because this device makes the exercise easier, it also stimulates the abdominals less. You can do more reps to balance this out. Let us now look at the “reduction of tension / strain in the back and neck” aspects. It is true that the Total Core supports the back and thus reduces the pressure on the lower back. However, there is no head support, so the stresses on the blow are the same as when you do regular sit-ups. Finally the price seems really unsuitable for a simple device for abdominals. The Total Core is sold 30 € less and even if the build quality seems superior, the price difference is in our opinion not justified.
