With just a few minutes a day, you will have a fun and stimulating workout for the whole body.

DESCRIPTION

The Ab-Doer was originally developed by Thane International Inc. and promises to replace your traditional abdominal exercises. This machine, which is based on vertical movement, claims to strengthen and tone the abdominal muscles and reduce the waist size of users. The Ab Doer can be used by men and women and by people of almost all physical conditions.

The company claims that most other abdominal machines on the market today only tone and strengthen the muscles but do not allow you to reduce the waistline, as the Ab Doer does.

This machine will indeed flatten the stomach, slim the waist and eliminate love handles in a few weeks without forcing on spine like traditional core abdominal exercises can do. The Ab Doer like many other devices of this type, took these first steps in teleshopping programs and it is an advertisement for this device seen recently on a channel with a large audience that made us decide to make this test. Here's what we think of the effectiveness of both the original Ab Doer and its newer version, the Ab Doer Twist.

Description

The Ab Doer is a machine for vertical type abs as opposed to conventional stretched abs. It has a padded seat so that users can stay comfortable throughout their workout. This machine has an ergonomic design that allows users to avoid the stress generated on the spine with this type of exercise, reducing the workload on the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands and thus focus all efforts on the abdominal belt. The device has a roller which supports the column and which allows to maintain a correct position during the activity. Especially useful for people with spine problems who want to work painlessly and achieve good results. The manufacturer claims that with this machine you can tone your muscles and do an aerobic workout at the same time, while seated.

With just a few minutes a day, you will have a fun and challenging workout. exercises for the whole body. In addition to soliciting your abdominal belt, this device would also tone the calves, quadriceps, shoulders, triceps, biceps, adductors and buttocks. The Ab-Doer comes with a DVD (including 6 Pack Attack, Calorie Burning, and Spine Strengthening), manual, and eating plan. The nutrition plan allows users to develop better eating habits and optimize the effects of training.

Originally sold for 199 €, it is now possible to find it for 100 € , even if it is becoming increasingly rare.

BOTTOM LINE 2.5/5

The Ab Doer doesn't really stand out from the rest of the abdominal machines available on the market today. If you are focusing on toning your abs, it may turn out to be a good choice, but toning your abs does not necessarily or even lead to weight loss. This test also shows us that this device does not. It's no better or more effective than the traditional abs exercises on the living room floor, which are free. They both do the exact same thing, which is targeting the abdominal muscles and helping them strengthen and build them. The fact that the Ab Doer is raised nevertheless allows some users limited in their movement to be able to practice more easily. We see that if it only focuses on the abdominal belt, no matter what type of exercise or device. that you use, it will never know how to directly target and remove the layer of fat that covers your abs.

So if you really want to get a flat stomach and tight abs, all you need to do is is to train your abs normally and focus on your diet and physical activity. And ignoring home shopping shows probably wouldn't hurt either.
