Comfort and Practicality
By opening the box, you quickly understand that you will have to be near a socket because the device works only on the mains.
We think by buying it that its used with batteries and that it leaves us autonomous. It is not so. In fact, in home shopping shows, the mains wire that connects to the electrical outlet is hidden in the belt. It is simply false advertising.
And from a security point of view, it is not very reassuring to use it you think you will be electrocuted at any time.
However, versions are offered with a box that can accommodate batteries, but it is impossible to make it work with them ... The device switches off directly. In addition, we did not have a diet plan included in our box, certainly an oversight given that the ads mention a plan is provided. On the other hand, the transport bag was very present.
Reliability
It is a device that has no reliability. It no longer works two months after purchase when it was only used intensely for 3 weeks. We have since seen on the forums that this reliability issue is often brought up.
Among the other comments that we found, some also mentioned that after prolonged use (6 months), the display on the screen disappears and that the + and - settings buttons respond in a completely random fashion.
Still more that after a few months, the wire which connects to the mains socket inevitably ended up being damaged ( it strips very quickly), making it unusable.

Effectiveness
When it comes to weight loss, the product clearly does not keep its promises. We used it for half an hour a day for almost 3 weeks and saw no difference. EMS or electrostimulation cannot target the fat in your belly under any circumstances. In any case, no study to date proves it. So to the question is it effective for weight loss, and even though we only used it for 3 weeks, the answer is no.
Regarding muscle toning and skin tightening, on the other hand, effects are visible and noticeable after a week. We used it for the abdominals as well as the glutes or thighs.
Use
The manual is not very practical and not well explained. No indication of duration is provided by the manufacturer, so it is impossible to know how many sessions are necessary to obtain a result. The use itself is quite easy and quick. You just need to choose a program and its intensity via the box.
EMS mode does not work very well due to spacing and contact. We expected several points of contact, apart from there are only two and fixed.
In our opinion, the electrodes are too close together, and if you position the belt on the buttocks it will target the inter- buttocks which is of little use. For the abs (despite the concentration on the navel) and the thighs, however, it targets the muscles quite well.
