Be careful before buying this type of belt, people suffering from vascular, heart or other problems ... must be very careful about its use or even not to use it at all.
Comfort of use and Practicality
The use itself is rather easy and quick. You just need to choose a program and its intensity via the box. The only downside and not the least, the explanatory note is only in English. Impossible to understand the operation if you do not have some basic knowledge.

No wonder, since we know that EMS (or electrostimulation) cannot target fat in your stomach or any other part of your body. In any case, no study to date proves it.
Regarding muscle toning, on the other hand, effects are visible and noticeable after a week. We used it for the abdominals as well as the glutes or thighs. But then again don't expect extraordinary results. The contraction is passive, so the muscles are not engaged as they might be in standard exercise.
