All in all this mini stepper is a complete, robust product with a satisfactory price-performance ratio, we can simply regret that it does not have an adjustable resistance and that the screen is not positioned more in height. For people with little space and wanting to work both lower and upper limbs, this mini stepper can be a worthwhile purchase. For those with more space and means, however, we recommend that the buyer opt for an elliptical, treadmill or exercise bike for a better cardio workout.

The Air Climber seems to be made for beginners and may be of interest to users wishing to regain a minimum of physical shape or to get back into shape. However, to achieve a more intense cardio session, other programs are more suited to these needs.Nevertheless, this device seems, in addition to providing a training adapted to its core target, beginners, to enjoy a certain popularity with dieters.

So overall we are very disappointed with this Cardio Twister. While it might look interesting on paper, in practice it is worthless and it will waste you more money than anything else.The build quality does not in any way justify its price and rather than buying one of these machines, add a few dollars and get a good elliptical trainer instead, sometimes it is better to pay extra and get a good quality machine whose effectiveness is no longer to be proven. allow to buy expensive equipment, save your money, jog or walk, it's free and much quieter.
