I know what you are thinking: "Yet another useless abdominal gadget". And when we see the growing number of fitness equipment, each more wacky than the other that we are promoted all day long, we might be tempted to hastily put this equipment in the scam box.
The truth is, most of these abdominal shaping gadgets only work if you combine them with a calorie restrictive diet. No matter how you train, you will never achieve a body fat low enough to see your abs if your diet is not healthy. Keep that in mind while reading this review.

That being said, the sit-up wheel is probably the most underrated exercise device. This little torture device will give your heart a fantastic workout. On its own, it will already provide you with a very complete workout and will bring variety to your workouts.
First of all, the Power Wheel II is large, with a powerful wheel. a diameter of around 35cm which rotates freely on a long steel shaft. The "pedals" for the feet are also associated with the axle. Your feet are held on the pedals by velcro straps and elastic tubes slip behind your heels to support your foot. However, the rubber tube system for wedging the heels could be improved. It would have had to be fixed under the wedges and then put it behind our heels. It tends to withdraw once in two so greatly limits the value of these toe clips.

We highly recommend this product to those looking to increase their body stability in addition to getting the coveted “six pack”. And while we aren't too fond of the “Awards” for top products, the Power Wheel has been. voted "Best Device for the Trunk" by an independent study conducted at the University of California at Berkeley.
